Objectives: Embryonic numerical and structural chromosomal abnormalities are the most common cause of early pregnancy loss. However, the role of submicroscopic copy-number variations CNVs in early pregnancy loss is unclear, and little is known about the critical regions and candidate genes for miscarriage, because of the large size of structural chromosomal abnormalities. The aim of this study was to identify potential miscarriage-associated submicroscopic CNVs and critical regions of large CNVs as well as candidate genes for miscarriage. Statistically significant submicroscopic CNVs were identified by comparing the frequency of recurrent submicroscopic CNVs between cases and a published control cohort. Furthermore, genes within critical regions of miscarriage-associated CNVs were prioritized by integrating the Residual Variation Intolerance Score and the human gene expression dataset for identification of potential miscarriage candidate genes. Results: Results without significant maternal-cell contamination were obtained in of the

Tests have the purpose of the timely detection and repair of damage as well as ensuring safe operation. Machine tools must be tested for safety. Information about tests on machine tools and protection devices and check lists are given in "Maschinen der Zerspanung" BGI A supplementary inspection by competent persons is especially required after fires. The employer must record the test results. The records shall be kept for an appropriate period of time but at least until the next test.

The required mandatory tests with regard to fire and explosion hazards include:. Depending on the regulation, the following extinguishing systems tests are required with regard to safe functioning asset protection and personal protection:. In addition, preparation of a test report detailing observance of the requirements or an approval protocol is required see BGR No.

The correct functioning of the extinguishing system should be carried out at least once a year or as needed e. In practice, the test is generally carried out within the framework of servicing and maintenance work by the installing company.

Tests by competent persons and by experts are possible every alternate year. The documents of the approval test must be stored over the whole operation period of the extinguishing system.

The testing prior to initial commissioning approval test includes tests for completeness and proper function as well as a functional measurement in line with DIN EN "Ventilation for buildings - Test procedures and measuring methods for handing over installed ventilation and air conditioning systems: German version EN ". Machine tools must be tested for safety Prior to initial commissioning, Recurrently, After maintenance work which may affect safety, with regard to correct assembly and safe function by competent persons.

Routine tests The correct functioning of the extinguishing system should be carried out at least once a year or as needed e. Note: The testing prior to initial commissioning approval test includes tests for completeness and proper function as well as a functional measurement in line with DIN EN "Ventilation for buildings - Test procedures and measuring methods for handing over installed ventilation and air conditioning systems: German version EN ".

Major changes are, for example Exchange of non-equivalent system components, Modifications to air gaps, measuring components and line ducting, Extension or down-sizing of the system.

Ambient Particulate Air Samplers

Whilst much sequencing effort has focused on key mammalian model organisms such as mouse and human, little is known about the relationship between genome sequencing techniques for non-model mammals and genome assembly quality. This is especially relevant to non-model mammals, where the samples to be sequenced are often degraded and of low quality. A key aspect when planning a genome project is the choice of sequencing data to generate. This decision is driven by several factors, including the biological questions being asked, the quality of DNA available, and the availability of funds. Cutting-edge sequencing technologies now make it possible to achieve highly contiguous, chromosome-level genome assemblies, but rely on high-quality high molecular weight DNA.

Saturation monitoring has generally been accomplished at low flow rates in order to keep the cost and weight of the equipment down. BGI has brought this approach to its ultimate development with the addition of a true 5 lpm inlet. The US Environmental Protection Agency EPA encourages state and local air monitoring groups to conduct short-term multi-site pollutant monitoring studies using a non-reference method, small portable samplers. The concept is to "Saturate" an area with easily deployed, inexpensive filter samplers, to assess air quality in areas with high concentrations of pollutants or at reclamation sites. The additional data acquired using saturation samplers helps air pollution control agencies to evaluate their monitoring networks consistent with requirements in 40CFR Part Saturation monitoring may also be conducted to characterize the spatial distribution of pollutant concentration or to evaluate the contributions of sources in support of receptor modelling. Solar Power BGI has met and exceeded customer requests with the addition of solar power and a new proven inlet design.
